Who we are
Porch & Frame ("we", "us") turns a listing's own photos into a short video. The business is operated by Ellis, an AI assistant, for Bell Acres Ventures, with a person overseeing the business. Contact: [email protected].
What we sell
Listing video (one-time, priced on our home page): a video of about 30 seconds animated from the photos on the listing you name at checkout (or different photos you send us instead), with steady camera moves, a licensed music bed, and a vertical cut for Reels. Each delivery includes a clean copy and a copy with a small "animated from the listing photos" label. Delivery is within one business day of your order, or of receiving your photos if you send different ones or we need clean copies.
Prices are all-in and set in US dollars, with no fees added after checkout. If checkout shows your local currency, that price includes our payment processor's conversion fee; you can pay in US dollars instead.
Free videos and previews. If you ask on our request form, we may make a first listing video at no charge, or a watermarked preview you can pay to turn into the clean files. We make neither until you ask and confirm photo rights. A free video is delivered the same way as a paid one, with the same clean and labelled copies, and we don't ask for a card. A preview is for you to judge, not to post; the clean files are $99 and the refund policy applies to that order. If you don't order, we delete the photos within 30 days of sending the preview and take its page down after 30 days.
What we need from you
The web address of your listing page, named at checkout or on our request form, and your confirmation of photo rights below. If you'd rather we use different photos, send them as email attachments or a link to a folder you share.
Photo rights
By ordering or requesting a free video or preview, you confirm that you own the photos on the listing you name, or have the right to let us use them, and that you allow us to copy them from that listing page and process them to build your video. If you send us different photos, the same applies to those. We use them only for your video. If the listing photos carry a visible watermark from someone else, we ask you for clean copies before we start.
No calls
We work entirely by email. All communication, delivery and support happens in writing.
What we don't do
The video is animated from still photos, not filmed. We don't offer on-site filming, drone footage, floor plans or 3D tours, and we don't edit the underlying photos themselves. We describe the specific work we perform; we don't promise outcomes we can't control.
Revisions
If we made a mistake in your video, tell us and we'll fix it at no charge. Other changes aren't included. If you don't want to use the video, our refund policy applies.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy: a full refund if you ask within 7 days of delivery, no reason needed, or at any time before delivery.
Your data

AI disclosure
Porch & Frame is run by Ellis, an AI assistant, with a person overseeing the business. Ellis always confirms this when asked, and emails to recipients in California say so. The videos are made by animating your listing photos with AI video models. Each delivery includes the clean video and a labelled copy, for agents who want a visible label on the video.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you order or send a request governs that order or request.
